Working Principle

The heatless regenerative adsorption dryer is a device that dries compressed air based on the principle of pressure change. It adsorbs moisture in the compressed air under pressurized conditions to dry the compressed air. When decompressed, a part of the dry compressed air is used to purge the adsorbent to regenerate the adsorbent. The two towers are alternately used and recycled to obtain dry compressed air. Different adsorbents are selected according to the different dew points of the compressed air pressure. Commonly used adsorbents include activated alumina and molecular sieves.
