Working Principle
The micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer is an energy-saving and efficient dryer. It is a product developed by absorbing the advantages of thermal regeneration and non-thermal regeneration. The regenerated gas is used to purge and regenerate the adsorption tower bed after micro-heating to increase the temperature, which can save regeneration gas consumption, has good regeneration effect, and longer adsorption working time.
Core Advantages
A High-quality accessories
- High-performance pneumatic valves are used, which are reliable and sensitive, and can avoid leakage or valve jamming caused by poor valve performance;
- NASS coil reversing solenoid valves are used, which switch quickly and reliably and have a long service life.
- High-torque aluminum alloy pneumatic actuators are used, which have large torque, smooth movement, and internal self-lubrication without the need to add lubricants;
- High-performance adsorbents are used, which have large specific surface area, strong adsorption capacity, strong wear resistance, and high wear resistance; ensuring long-term use of stable dew point without powdering;
- PLC plus LCD controller is used, with Chinese interface, easy to understand, convenient operation and maintenance;
- Stainless steel heater, jacket fins combined with PID temperature control mode, have the advantages of fast heating speed and high control accuracy;
B. Improved performance
- Low operating noise, using silent one-way valve and high-performance muffler to ensure that the noise during operation and exhaust is reduced to the minimum value;
- Low pressure automatic protection function, when the working pressure is lower than the normal control pressure of the valve, it will automatically shut down for protection, and automatically restart after the pressure rises to avoid abnormal system pressure caused by operating errors;
- Automatic charging function, automatic charging before the valve switches, so that the cylinder pressure is equalized before switching, ensuring the stability of the cylinder pressure, avoiding the impact of pipeline pressure fluctuations on adsorption, and ensuring the service life of the adsorbent;
