Product Features

  • High efficiency and low air oxygen ratio reduce oxygen production costs, with the production cost of 1 Nm³ oxygen being more than 1 KW·H.
  • Equipped with PLC and HMI for real-time detection and recording of operating data. Trends for purity, flow rate, and pressure can be recorded for over 30 days. It features a high level of automation, enabling one-button start/stop and simple operation.
  • Adopt a high-strength aluminum alloy structure, non-corrosive and rust-proof, to avoid equipment failure caused by corrosion and shedding of the inner pipeline, ensuring normal operation of production, and greatly extending the service life of the whole machine. Some models can be built-in with an oxygen tank, which saves customers the most effective installation space.
  • The entire series comes standard with EPSEA self-developed VP Control Logic, which adaptively responds to load changes and automatically adjusts the switching cycle. Under specific operating conditions, this logic reduces air consumption by 15-50% compared with the rated flow load, thereby cutting energy consumption while achieving energy savings and emission reductions.
  • Not classified as a pressure vessel, it saves time and costs on subsequent special equipment qualification review and application.

Operation Process

The SOLLANT Modular Oxygen Generator is composed of multiple high-strength aluminum alloy cavities. Each group of chambers is divided into two chambers, and each chamber is filled with adsorbent to separate nitrogen and oxygen in the compressed air. When a chamber is working (adsorption), the opposite side is regenerated using a pressure swing adsorption method. During operation, compressed air diffuses upwards evenly from the bottom of the adsorption chamber, nitrogen in the air is adsorbed by the adsorbent, thus nitrogen and oxygen are separated to obtain oxygen. During regeneration, a portion of high-purity oxygen expands from the operating pressure to atmospheric pressure. It then passes through the saturated adsorbent, carrying away the nitrogen adsorbed by the adsorbent, thus enabling the regeneration of the adsorbent.

Advantages of Modular Oxygen Generators

  • The average split flow technology makes full use of each adsorbent
  • Small size, suitable for various occasions
  • No need for pressure vessel inspection, saving cost and time for users
  • The adsorption tower cavity is made of aluminum alloy, which is especially suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industry
  • Long service life, simple replacement, and convenient maintenance
  • The adsorption tower adopts a straight pipe design, snowstorm filling technology, and avoids powdering and tunneling effects of adsorbents

Modular Oxygen Generator Manufacturer: What to Look For

In today’s industrial and medical sectors, the demand for reliable and efficient on-site oxygen production is growing rapidly. Modular oxygen generators have emerged as a flexible and scalable solution, capable of delivering high-purity oxygen where it is needed most. However, selecting the right modular oxygen generator manufacturer is critical to ensure stable operation, energy efficiency, and long-term value. This guide highlights the key factors to consider when choosing a manufacturer for your next oxygen generation project.

What Is a Modular Oxygen Generator?

A modular oxygen generator is an oxygen production system designed with a flexible, scalable, and often compact modular structure. Unlike traditional oxygen plants, which are fixed and complex, modular systems allow for easy expansion, faster installation, and simplified maintenance.

Most modular generators use Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) or Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) technologies to produce high-purity oxygen from compressed air. They can be deployed in hospitals, steel plants, wastewater treatment facilities, aquaculture farms, and more, offering both industrial and medical-grade oxygen solutions.

Why Choosing the Right Manufacturer Matters

Selecting the wrong manufacturer can lead to frequent system failures, unstable oxygen purity, higher energy costs, and overall poor return on investment. A reputable manufacturer not only supplies high-quality equipment but also provides professional support, customization options, and reliable after-sales service. Ensuring long-term operational stability starts with choosing the right partner.

Key Factors to Consider When Choosing a Manufacturer

1. Industry Experience and Expertise

A manufacturer’s experience in oxygen generation projects is crucial. Look for companies that have successfully completed projects in diverse industries such as hospitals, steel plants, chemical processing, or mining. Experience with international projects can also indicate reliability and adherence to global standards.

2. Product Quality and Technology

Evaluate the core technology and components. High-quality modular oxygen generators typically use durable molecular sieves, precision valves, and intelligent control systems. Energy-efficient designs and modern automation features improve performance and reduce operational costs.

3. Certifications and Compliance

Check for relevant certifications, such as CE, ISO, or medical-grade approvals. Compliance with local regulations is especially important for healthcare applications to ensure safety and reliability.

4. Customization Capabilities

Each oxygen demand scenario is unique. A capable manufacturer should offer customization for flow rate, oxygen purity, and pressure requirements. Modular expansion options ensure your system can grow alongside your operational needs.

5. Energy Efficiency and Operating Cost

Long-term energy consumption is a major factor in choosing a system. Look for energy-efficient designs and smart control features that adjust production according to demand. Lower energy usage directly reduces operating costs over time.

6. After-Sales Service and Support

Reliable after-sales support is essential. Ensure the manufacturer provides installation guidance, remote monitoring, preventive maintenance, and fast spare part delivery. A responsive support team can prevent downtime and maintain consistent oxygen supply.

7. Delivery Time and Project Execution

Consider the manufacturer’s production and delivery timelines. Experienced suppliers can provide turnkey solutions, from design to installation, ensuring a smooth and timely project execution.

Questions to Ask Before Purchasing

Before finalizing your decision, consider asking these key questions:

  • What oxygen purity range can the system achieve?

  • Can the system be expanded in the future?

  • What is the energy consumption per Nm³ of oxygen?

  • Is installation and operator training included?

  • What is the warranty period?

  • Are spare parts readily available?

These questions help assess both the system performance and the manufacturer’s reliability.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Choosing a system solely based on price, ignoring quality

  • Overlooking energy consumption and operating costs

  • Failing to consider future expansion requirements

  • Not evaluating after-sales service and technical support

Avoiding these pitfalls can save both time and money in the long run.

Benefits of Working with a Reliable Manufacturer

Partnering with a trusted modular oxygen generator manufacturer ensures:

  • Stable and high-purity oxygen supply

  • Reduced long-term operational costs

  • Increased production efficiency

  • Safe and reliable system operation

A reliable manufacturer becomes a long-term partner, providing technical expertise and support whenever needed.

Conclusion

Choosing the right modular oxygen generator manufacturer is more than just a purchase—it is an investment in reliability, efficiency, and long-term operational success. Consider experience, technology, certifications, customization, energy efficiency, after-sales service, and project execution before making a decision. By selecting the right partner, you can ensure your oxygen generation system delivers consistent performance and maximum value for years to come.
