A precision filter is a highly efficient gas and liquid purification device widely utilized in applications such as compressed air systems, industrial gas processing, and liquid filtration. By employing high-precision filter elements, it intercepts minute particles, oil mist, moisture, and other impurities present in the medium, thereby ensuring the safe operation of downstream equipment and enhancing both product quality and system stability.
Compressed air or liquid media enter the filter housing through the inlet. After being uniformly distributed by a flow-diverting baffle structure, the medium flows through the high-precision filter element. Through a combination of mechanisms—including depth filtration, interception, and coalescence—the filter element separates impurities, which then settle at the bottom of the housing to be periodically discharged via a drain valve, while the purified medium exits through the outlet.
