Self-Cleaning Filter

The self-cleaning filter is a highly efficient and intelligent fluid filtration device widely utilized in fields such as industrial circulating water, cooling water, agricultural irrigation, and municipal water supply. During normal operation, the device automatically performs filter screen cleaning without the need for system shutdown, thereby ensuring continuous and stable system performance.

The self-cleaning filter monitors the pressure differential across the filter screen using a differential pressure controller. When this pressure differential reaches a preset threshold, the control system automatically initiates a cleaning cycle. This process employs a high-pressure stream of air or water to backflush the filter screen, effectively removing impurities accumulated on its surface. Upon completion of the cleaning cycle, the device automatically resumes its filtration mode—a seamless process that requires no interruption to system operation.
