Working Principle

The Zero Air-Consumption Blower Purge Regeneration Adsorption Dryer dries compressed air by passing it through a desiccant bed that adsorbs moisture. When the desiccant becomes saturated, an external blower draws ambient air, which is filtered and heated to regenerate the desiccant without using any compressed air. The system automatically switches between drying and regeneration towers to provide continuous dry air while saving energy and reducing costs.
